Dr. Morgana Colombo is a board-certified dermatologist, medical scientist, and founder of Vidaderma, a skincare line born from her passion for helping women feel confident and radiant at every stage of life.

Originally from Brazil and fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, Dr. Colombo combines global perspective with over 15 years of hands-on dermatology expertise. After earning her Master of Science and Doctor of Medicine from Thomas Jefferson University, she completed dual Residencies in Internal Medicine and Dermatology at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital and MedStar Washington Hospital Center. Her extensive background allows her to treat not only the skin’s surface but the body as a whole—addressing the deeper hormonal and biological changes that affect women’s skin as they age.

A published author in the Journal of Dermatological Science and an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the Women’s Dermatology Society, Dr. Colombo is recognized for her science-driven approach and meticulous care. In her clinical practice in the Washington, DC area, she has helped thousands of patients achieve healthy, glowing skin through customized treatment plans and cutting-edge aesthetic procedures including neurotoxins, fillers, laser rejuvenation, and Kybella®.

But beyond the white coat, Dr. Colombo is deeply relatable. She understands the real-life struggles of modern women juggling careers, family, and self-care—and she built Vidaderma to make advanced, dermatologist-grade skincare accessible and enjoyable. When she’s not in the clinic or developing new formulas, you’ll find her doing Pilates, cardio or weight lifting workouts, or long walks in nature with her beloved labradoodle dogs and most importantly being mom to her two small children.
