Shipping

Orders less than $150 will be charged a flat rate of $15.

Free shipping is available on orders over $150.

Orders can also be picked up at our office (1886 Metro Center Drive, Suite 650, Reston, VA 20190) within 24-48 hours of purchase during normal business hours. Please call us at (703) 437-7744 with any questions.

All shipped orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@vidaderma.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you agree to receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you wish to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order and you can manage your subscription from there.

Returns

Unfortunately personal care goods (beauty products) and gift cards cannot be returned and therefore all sales are final. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Damaged Products

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@vidaderma.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
