Dr. Colombo's Clinical Promise

"If a patient tells me they'll only commit to a few products, this is what I give them. Not because it's less effective, but because every product in it is doing the work of two or three. It's the minimum that compounds — and over years, it outperforms much more complicated routines done inconsistently."

Not Sure Where to Start? Take the 60-Second Skin Quiz

A dermatologist-designed, intelligent skincare system that goes beyond surface-level results. The Minimalist Longevity Protocol targets the biological drivers of aging skin for visibly smoother, stronger, and more radiant skin. This is not another 10-step routine. It’s a precision protocol designed to restore what time, stress, and hormonal shifts deplete.

Receive a FREE Wash Cleanser when you purchase this routine.

THE PROTOCOL INCLUDES:

  • The Wash:
A gentle, foamy cleanser designed to gently cleanse all skin types, particularly sensitive and redness-prone skin.

  • Select between The Age Eraser or the Phytoestro Age Eraser:
A hydrating hyaluronic acid serum infused with peptides to boost skin volume, enhance hydration, and restore a youthful appearance.

  • The Dewy Tint Sunscreen:

A broad-spectrum SPF 40 tinted mineral sunscreen that acts as a foundation primer, provides hydration, and blurs minor imperfections. Contains no chemicals, fragrance, or preservatives.

There's a floor below which skincare stops working.

You can do less than this and call it skincare. But below three products, the regimen stops reinforcing itself and starts working in isolation — each step fighting one variable while the others run unchecked. That's why people who use a single retinoid, or just a sunscreen, often plateau within weeks.

The Minimalist Longevity Protocol is the smallest combination Dr. Colombo will recommend, because it's the smallest combination where the science actually compounds. A non-stripping cleanse to preserve the barrier (used both morning and evening). A tinted mineral SPF that handles UV, visible light, and pigment in one step. And a multi-active cream at night that combines phytoestrogens, peptides, ceramides, and antioxidants — the regimen in a bottle. Three products. Two routines. Every essential mechanism of aging addressed.

Why Regimens Outperform Single Products

The science behind the regimen.

  • 01

Why three products and not six

Each product in this protocol replaces two or three. The Wash is cleanser plus barrier support, used at both ends of the day. The Dewy Tint is SPF, antioxidant, and primer in one. The Phytoestro Age Eraser is treatment serum, ceramide cream, and anti-aging moisturizer combined. Adding more products doesn't add new mechanisms — it just adds steps.

  • 02

Why a multi-active cream at night

Single-active products treat single variables. Aging is a stack of mechanisms: collagen loss, oxidative damage, hormonal shifts, barrier weakening, pigment formation. A multi-active formulation addresses all of them in one application, which both saves time and ensures consistency — the variable that matters most over years.

  • 03

    Why iron-oxide tinted SPF

Plain UV protection misses visible light, which contributes substantially to skin aging — especially pigment formation. Iron oxide is one of the only topical filters that blocks visible light, and it's why a tinted mineral sunscreen outperforms a clear chemical SPF for prevention.

  • 04

    Why prevention compounds

The single best predictor of how your skin will look in ten years is how consistently you protect and support it now. A small daily routine done every day outperforms an aggressive routine done sporadically. This protocol is designed to be sustainable — that's the longevity argument.

The Protocol · Two Routines

Each step, and why it's there.

MORNING REGIMEN

STEP 1 Cleanse: THE WASH

"Start with a non-stripping cleanse. Most aging starts with a compromised barrier — and most compromised barriers start with the wrong cleanser. The Wash is pH-balanced and sulfate-free, with evodia extract to calm any background reactivity."
- Dr. Colombo

Step 2 Protect: THE DEWY TINT SUNSCREEN

"The single most important anti-aging product in your routine. 14% zinc oxide handles UVA and UVB; iron oxide blocks the visible light that drives pigment and ages skin from sources most people never consider — screens, indoor lighting, sun through windows. The dewy tint replaces a separate primer or foundation for many patients."
- Dr. Colombo

EVENING REGIMEN

STEP 1 Cleanse: THE WASH

"Remove the day's sunscreen and accumulated environmental debris. One gentle pass is enough — double-cleansing a healthy barrier compromises it over time."
- Dr. Colombo

Step 2 Treat & Restore: THE PHYTOESTRO AGE ERASER

"The reason this protocol works at four products instead of seven. The Phytoestro Age Eraser combines phytoestrogen-supported peptides, ceramides, antioxidants, and a rich emollient base — meaning the work of a treatment serum, a barrier cream, and an anti-aging moisturizer happens in one step. This is the layer that does the heavy lifting."
- Dr. Colombo

WHAT TO EXPECT

The strongest results show up over years, not months. Patients on this protocol consistently look measurably younger than peers their age — and the cost compounds, too.

Frequently Asked Questions, Answered

Is this really enough?

For prevention and longevity in skin that doesn't have a specific clinical concern (active acne, severe pigmentation, very dry skin, etc.), yes. The Minimalist Longevity Protocol is the smallest regimen that addresses every essential aging mechanism. If you have a specific concern beyond prevention, one of the other protocols is a better fit.

Should I add a retinoid?

Eventually, yes — adding a gentle retinoid is the single highest-impact upgrade. Most patients add The Reverser I 2–3 nights a week after they're comfortable on this protocol. That makes it Dr. Colombo's Protocol — the natural step up from this one.

What about eye cream?

Optional at this stage. The Phytoestro Age Eraser works around the eye area for most patients. Once you start seeing eye-area-specific concerns (fine lines, crepiness, darkness), adding The Eye Neck Complex is the next step.

Can I use this in pregnancy?

Yes — none of the products in this protocol contain ingredients that require avoidance during pregnancy. Confirm with your obstetrician, but this is one of the safest comprehensive protocols available during pregnancy and nursing.

Will I see results without active ingredients like retinol?

Yes, but slower. This protocol is built on prevention and barrier support more than active correction. If you want faster line-softening, add a retinoid. If you want the smallest commitment that still works, this is it.

Is this enough for menopausal skin?

For most patients in perimenopause and menopause, yes — The Phytoestro Age Eraser is built specifically for that transition. For more aggressive support, Dr. Colombo's Protocol adds the retinoid and eye/neck cream that accelerate results
